I have both this & the ETM RTR Sport with the 14/17” big wheel set. The two bikes are very similar. IMHO, the best two emotos on the market. Both have more power than you need for any hill climb. 👍
dude i bought the speciaol edition and got screwed. i thiought i was buying the best pitter ev on the market and 3 months later the rtr sport has a btter drive than my 4500 special editon. gezzz
Wait till you put the big wheels on it. I had done the 14”/17” on my rtr and I also lowered the foot pegs as much as the bike was lifted from the big wheel kit. And those 2 mods totally transformed the bike. It made it so much more stable and much more capable. The 12”/14” are to small for desert riding the rain ruts become death traps with the little wheels. I know that electro and co are doing the big wheel version which is going to be a much better bike because they elongated the swing arm which is what the bike needed and was lacking from just installing the big wheels on the regular RTR. I can’t wait to see your guys reactions after riding the bigger version. The addition of max to the channel is super entertaining he’s is a full blown cartoon character. Brett and Max are 2026’s couple of the year. Keep the videos coming. Brett you really need to build yourself a conversion bike. Grab your favorite gas bike and do the qs 138 70h v3 motor with an ebmx or Ventus controller. Maybe like a crf 150 or a kx100 and you will be blown away. It’s my favorite bike I have.
@christophervillarreal8565since I bought the LITE version of the RTR, I upgraded to adjustable shocks lol . the rear stock RTR chick was / is(?) on sale for 40 bucks! For the front I picked up the oil slicks that were also on sale for 240 I think. The stock on the LITE wasn't bad but the rear was bottoming on gnarly trails and the front was start to go.. This was a nice upgrade for me and it the budget. ⚡🇺🇸⚡🏜️⚡🌄⚡🏞️⚡🏁⚡
RTR, I’ve tried both and RTR has morebpower
My RTR Miami Edition is so obnoxiously loud after the chain upgrade and copious lube that it’s unrideable. Who wants a bike that screams so loud people come out of their houses to find out what the annoying noise is. Can’t stand these bikes. Fix your noise issue.
Still have not addressed the rock hard seat. After an hour of riding, it's over.
I was worried about that too. I've ridden 300 miles of gnarly 4x4 trails in Moab and mountain single track. I haven't smacked the motor on any rocks but it does get dirty/muddy/ snowy. I don't film my rides but just picture hard Enduro up and over rocks and logs , ripping banked turns and gapping jumps. This thing shreds and has held up better than I expected.! I'm due for a new set of tires and am upgrading the suspension next week. Super stoked on this bike!
im glad you guys put better wheel bearings, i live in washington and all kinds of crap gets in there from the muddy riding, stock bearings only lasted me 1500 miles before my wheels started having side to side, up & down play
