@quickcanary I went with the RERODE.. Rlfoxa suspension 21"front wheel 55ah battery Awesome brakes Had the old model ..r1+..very reliable.. They go hard. Headlight helps to.. In Australia emotos are expensive..$$$ nothing more to spend It will be a nice fun trail bike.. Not too small..( I did purchase a rear suspension riser). Hopefully it fits.. . Sur-ron lbx2.. nice ,but too expensive..too little The dash is a little bit complicated.. overkill, imo.. Had the 2024 model.. awesome bikes Loved the tight tracks.. Yes we are spoil.. life's good 🤙🇦🇺💯
I have an eride pro 3.0 and Ive had the pleasure of riding a rerode r1+- very solid bike. Im super happy with my eride but I would be happy with the rerode too! Ride safe and have fun yall!!

Bought mine 2 weeks ago and I’m loving every minute of it. Handles well, TONS of torque, comfortable, and confidence inspiring. I would like to see this with 3” rise bars, 19/16 wheels, and a VTB controller!
@dipsy_00not annoyingly loud. No frame creaks or battery rattles that would really be annoying. Just sounds like a beefy RC car which I don't mind. Way quieter than a gas bike. Not going to disturb the neighbors or wildlife.
Warranty is one year but I bought mine from China so using warranty would be a challenge. I would love to ride an Ultra bee to compare. Ultra bee is significantly heavier, taller and more expensive so I wouldn't put them in the same class. If you want to ride more serious trails and can afford the upgrade I think it's absolutely worth it. It's just a big price jump for a lot of people. As for the regen, it wasn't super clear how it functioned. It doesn't activate until battery is below 88% and I was using it at a very mild level which doesn't do much for trail riding. I now have tested it on level 4 (max) below 88% and it works pretty well, I would still like a stronger setting as an option. It is always on for deceleration unlike some bikes with a regen trigger.
Great review! I love my R1+. It handles the mx-track as well as singletrack so really a lightweight do it all-bike.
Yes.well said. I've been using the Rerode 1+ for 0ne year now... very reliable & goes really hard.. (❤ it). ... don't want to spend money on upgrades. Just ordered the RFN no upgrades needed... not spending shit loads on these toys....🇦🇺💯
Great review! Love my rerode r1+. Perfect amount of power and the best thing about it is the handling. The motocross inspired linkage really makes it a blast jumping and going fast. Being able to grip the seat with your knees helps a lot too. So for the lightweight class this one is hard to beat! Just put a 16" and another set of bars and that's it.
Love my Rerode R1+. Had it for 3 months now and it totally rips! Yep the battery latch is a bit annoying but i just put some tape over it, and the grips are pretty thin so changed those. But the linkage really makes the bike feel way more planted than the surron!
@ChargedCycleWorks I have only ever owned a. 2024 light bee & now the Rerode R1+... second emoto..over (1000 kilometres now.) Australian bikes expensive. So for the $$ the bike is awesome. Goes hard. comfortable seat ..pegs..mud flap.. rotor guard..phone app.. adjustable regeneration.. reverse.. light weight.. battery range so so. Might be hard to replace.. Life's Good 😊.. lets see how .2026 shapes up...
Sport+ mode definitely feels like a 17kw peak, but it’s only a burst mode kind of a thing and switches back to Sport after. Sport feels very powerful though. Not entirely sure on that constant power level but likely around 14kw. Plenty for the trail and ripping around. I’m going to figure out a solution for the latch and share another video someday soon. The tabs those two latches hook to are just too high and there’s some extra play in there when trying to clamp down with the lid.
