I was testing that bike out in lasvegas and it’s awsome
On my delta I get 39 miles in third gear,43 in second,56 in first. Amazing range for such a powerful small bike like this.
Appreciate that! I'll tell you out of the 15 bikes in my garage right now every single day of employing the delta out to ride It's been my favorite lately
@bennetsmith4686Yeah I mean I am riding these like I ride my dirt bike This basically replaced my 125 so I am concerned that it needs to climb the Rocky mountains hill climbs and we end up in the rain in puddles a lot so super important to someone who actually rides Like me. If you want a little kids tour the RTR is great
I've went through two controllers that they supposedly updated and I didn't feel a difference I'm waiting for it to come back to make sure the flash worked on it so we'll see
I have one and love it. Mode 3 is really fast.
@Mysticoflyin to be honest I think you could stretch it another 5 miles maybe if you're riding easy. I've talked to someone else and he gets about 20 miles with mixed riding. The bike is really heavy so that has a lot to do with it. I only ride in the woods on sand so my range prob won't improve.
@Razorcrew_Colelol! I sorta agree with the rtr thing I wrote it like you ride but not as aggressive and many things have broke! They never told me what but with the controller throttle or wiring harness when after about 1000 miles then my screen cracked and just now my throttle broke again! And the chain and sprocket is really weak!! I’m on my 3rd chain and sprocket because they bend or the chain just breaks. And my key part was falling apart. Let alone the range is like 13-14 miles on the lite just kinda riding around
No problem. I have a few more updated videos about this bike. All the issues were resolved. Still has the same fork but new bikes have been updated.
Mode 3 and just practice I can wheelie about anything to be fair
My 12 year old rides this bike along with kx85. Only complaint is the suspension. The front forks only have rebound no dampening. We rode this bike back to back with the kx 85 at Glen Helen. The bike is too fast for the suspension that is provided with the bike. Keep in mind my son is 12 around 90lbs. Unfortunately suspension is huge deal if you are trying to go fast. Wish the suspension from the Sigma could be on this bike.
No it’s pretty nice for for the price. Eats up most the stuff no problem where I ride.
I don't blame you.. mode 3 feels great but just a lot of power.. they are supposed to be sending me the updated controller that will be the new tune moving forward
Just got one. Its such a beautiful bike. They tuned the new ones, super responsive. You can send in your controller and they'll update it for you I heard. They ran the wires on the outside because that's how real dirt bikes run them. My only issue is no external charging port and no lights or horn. But neither does a real dirt bike lol Super fast though. Maybe a bit too fast lol but great to grow into
60 mph. Is definatly fast enough. Your not going to go anywhere near that fast in the dirt or a track. Bike is great I luv mine
@OrionTrippend of the day prob can’t go wrong with any of them. Bike in this video was a super early production model. I have another one and it’s been good. Last 2-3 videos are the updated Delta.
@MotoDazed it’s stupid fast lol. Yep bought it from altis
I don't know who's getting 10 mi but I would assume that's a lie honestly I would say riding really hard I've been getting 20 miles which is okay but that's fully in mode three I'm 200 lb and all dirt hill climb riding If I weighed less in road mode to the whole time I would bet I could get 30 miles at least I'm guessing with my wife riding she will probably get about 35 mi of trail riding in the mountains. I mean in what hours it's more than a XXX or light be or most of those common bikes but you are capable of drawing more power than those bikes as well which can deplete faster so if you're in the higher mode yeah you're going to drain it quicker than not being as hard on the throttle
I did a range test in sand and got 20 miles. I think that is going to be about it for most because they will ride pretty aggressively.
the compression dosent move its just the design i have an altis delta also
It’s a beast, I’ve had no issues with mine
No issues so far with my delta. Clearly an issue from the start and not a reliability issue for the delta.
Video right before this one is an a range test, but it’s about 20 miles in sand. I’m going to perform another range test on this bike new bike with the updated tune.
Yes, I’d say “V2” is more responsive. Some of the delay is gone but not completely. I did a test but lost the footage somehow. I’ll make a YT short showing the throttle response on the new bike.
Dang is it that bad? My first one will surge a little around 10-13 mph. If I hold in that range it surges one or two mile an hour- nothing crazy though. I really don’t ever try to hold a specific mph so maybe that’s why it doesn’t bother me.
@DanielGrowsthey didn’t listen to me. I opened a claim and they told me I needed a new wiring harness. I can’t stand mine. I can’t hold 20mph to save my life.
I love my Delta. I mainly use mode 2 though since I agree the tune needs some work on the throttle. Mode 3 is fun though.
I have a delta and its awesome. The throttle tune could definitely use some work, but it's a great bike.
Slowly turning into one of my favorite bikes to jump on!
Yeah mode three doesn't disappoint for me!! Appreciate that man we're so excited!
My buddy crashed my delta because he’s used to 125 pitters and he hit a jump and tried powering out into a wheely to save it and couldn’t because of the delay and messed it up pretty bad thanks Altis love the bike it’s great but that is the only issue is that throttle curve make a tune for 100 bucks id buy it
@DanielGrowsI got 25 mi Not like one full ride but just using it daily trying to get the video up It's pretty much done edited I just need to get a good thumbnail lol I think I could get over 30 mi if I was really babying it. But that's also going off of their little display which I'm sure is off
I have the delta and you are spot on with the tune. It has a big lag off the bottom and is too sensitive in the mid range. It’s very surgey. I wish altis would just admit that it’s not right and offer a fix or a solution. So far they haven’t done either.
@Cman-e6rit’s faster than ultra bee i raced my friend who has a ultra bee and the delta is a few mph faster
Yeah no doubt, I've been working with them slightly for a bit so they're probably going to try to do an update but unfortunately the app saying isn't going to change for this year's model that is hopefully in the future but we'll see. Nope it's a different motor I'm not even sure if it's hair pin or not. Assume not. I will say this bike is more fun everyday that I ride it I'm loving it more and more mode three gets down. Trying to finish The next video
Ayyy great video going through everything thing dude appreciate the shout-out! Overall I am loving that bike more and more every time I ride it!
Great so far. New harness and battery. I have maybe 50 miles on the new parts. I have around 100 miles in total. If something goes south again YouTube will hear about it 😅
Thanks! Yeah this one is sick I'm hoping to compare it to the strike shadow in about 2 weeks and compare it to the hyper bee an razors. It's really a fun bike though I have been getting to ride it a little more and it's a blast every time
Sweet bro, it’s a bad-ass bike for sure. Yeah, mine was doing that also, not sure if it’s supposed to or not.
So far so good on my Delta. No issues yet.
BUT BUT BUT in rev rides new video Gilbert (Altis CEO) says they spent extra time making sure the battery is perfect. My sigma has been nothing but problems and the range is god awful. Shit suspension too.
Lmmfao the fuck are you talking about I power wash my rtr every time I ride never had a single issue.
@Razorcrew_Coleyeah well i don’t ride mine as much as well! But it been few times i turn it on and the display won’t show anything it would stay of! So i have to disconnect the battery and connect it back on! And on mode 2 it kind of jerks a little. Like it kind of pulls and then it settles down, and it keeps doing that
@vontucker6112I am really enjoying mine So far no issues 🤞 loved my Sigma I've had the past year no issues and it was gen 1 to few weird kinks they had to work out here and there I'm thinking they'll adjust some stuff too and have a better model hopefully
I got mine and I love it. It feels just like riding a two-stroke dirt bike, which I’m used to—so the feeling really clicks for me.😂😂
Sold my RTR last month and got the Delta last week. So much power and fun as hell.
Hell ya I love mine gang. My only complaint is there is no app for sure the tune is really weird more like a two-stroke with a power band hard to control with the wheelies
People love to talk when they don’t have experience with what they are talking about. I have almost 10k miles on my Altis and not one issue. I have several bikes including a X3 and Surrons. The Altis is great quality, comes with a real warranty and again i’m not talking about bikes i don’t own. Altis is top notch and looks like a real dirt bike. Talk is cheap but i’ll keep my Altis if i had to choose. Stock beats most bikes without a long Mod list.
That’s a big no no. You have no idea what you are talking about. I got 3500miles on my sigma with zero issues. My Eride 3.0 has battery issue and motor issue. Sic of dealing with their customer service. I’m selling my eride 3.0 for 3.5k if you want it. Only 300miles now.
Got to ride one the other day. This thing does rip but range is definitely a problem. Everyone so excited about more power on bikes that don’t have the battery to support it. It weighs 20lb more than a 2.0, uses more power and has 5ah less. Calling it a “pit bike” wont increase your range. From what we saw in a full day of riding, in comparison to a 2.0 and an RTR, the delta had 20% less battery left over compared to the other bikes. That being said, this thing does rip and will dominate any other bike in a pit bike class, just not in weight or range.
Mine doesn’t move either. I thought it was just me. 😂
I’m getting used to the throttle now. But it’s still not ideal imo.
